Ingredients:

• 250 gms – Paneer (cubed)
• 1/4 cup – Capsicum /bell pepper (green, orange, red, yellow) – of each color, diced
• 1/2 – onion, diced
• 4 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 3 tsp – barbeque sauce
• 3 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – hot/chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt – to taste
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs for garnishing
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 5 – Green chilli (make a small slit on the top with knife)
• 2 tsp – grated paneer, for garnishing

Method:

  1. Add 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai, when it is hot add cumin seeds, wait for few seconds and then add onion and saute for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  2. Then add green chilli, capsicum and saute for 4 minutes. Now add barbeque sauce, tomato ketchup, hot sauce and soya sauce. Mix it well.
  3. Add some chilli powder if you like it spicy.
  4. Saute for another 3 minutes until the sauce blends well with the vegetables.
  5. Now add salt and then paneer.
  6. Saute for 2-3 minutes and remove it from flame.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves, grated paneer and squeeze some lime juice (around 1 tsp) before serving. Serve it hot.
