Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp – Cream of Chicken soup
• 4 – Tortillas
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 – Onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Mexican taco mix
• 4 tbsp – Shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 – Chillies

Method:

  1. Wash, shell and de-vein the prawns. Pat dry.
  2. Dice the chicken into 2-inch cubes.
  3. Cut the vegetables as mentioned above.
  4. Marinade the prawns and chicken pieces with a tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1 egg , 1/2 tsp pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Keep marinated for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick skillet, add the chicken and prawn pieces and shallow fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil, add the minced garlic and rest of the vegetable and saute for a minute or so.
  8. Next, add the dark soy sauce, tomato ketchup and hot sauce with a cup of water.
  9. Cover and let it cook until the vegetables are tender.
  10. Next, add the prawn and chicken pieces.
  11. Let it cook for a minute or so or until the chicken and prawns are cooked thoroughly and all the flavours blend in well.
  12. Add salt as required.
  13. Serve hot with rice.
