Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tsp- Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• Salt – to taste
• 2 – Onions
• 2-inch piece – Ginger
• 5 flakes – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 3 tsp – Chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Oyster sauce
• Cornflour – For thickening
• Oil – For frying

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken for two hours.
  2. Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, sautee onions, ginger, and garlic.
  4. When it turns light brown, add all the sauces and salt. Stir.
  5. Add the fried chicken, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cornflour mixed in a little water and thicken the gravy.
