
Ingredients:
• 300g White flour
• 4 Onions, medium sized, finely chopped
• 4 Capsicums, medium sized, finely chopped
• 3 Tomatoes, medium sized, finely chopped
• 1/2 Cabbage, small sized, finely chopped
• 3 tsp Tomato sauce
• 3 tsp Chilli sauce
• 2 tsp Garlic sauce
• 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Method:
- Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and cook on medium heat.
- When the vegetables soften, add the garlic sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
- Keep it aside for the filling.
- Now mix the flour with a pinch of salt and oil and knead with water.
- Divide into equal portions and make rolls with each.
- Place the filling with the spoon in the centre of the roll.
- The dim sums ready to be steamed.
- Preparing the fold:
- Press the edge of the dough slightly against each other and give it the shape of a crown with your fingers.
- Now place these moulds in a greased stand.
- Microwave for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
