Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – minced Meat
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 Spring onion
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – sherry
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 cm piece Ginger
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mince the spring onion and ginger.
- Mix all the ingredients together with the meat.
- Mix well and make small balls.
- Heat oil for deep frying till smoky and drop the meat balls into it one by one.
- If necessary do it in two batches.
- When the balls are golden brown on all sides, remove from oil and drain.
