Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – minced Meat
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 Spring onion
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – sherry
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 cm piece Ginger
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mince the spring onion and ginger.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together with the meat.
  3. Mix well and make small balls.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying till smoky and drop the meat balls into it one by one.
  5. If necessary do it in two batches.
  6. When the balls are golden brown on all sides, remove from oil and drain.
