Ingredients:

• 100 g- noodles
• salt
• 1/2 cup- chopped button Mushrooms
• 1/2 cup- sliced baby Corn
• 1 – capsicum, julienned
• 2-3 tbsp – finely chopped Onions
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Szechwan sauce
• 1 tbsp – Chinese chilli sauce
• 2-3 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 3 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles and drain.
  2. Sautee the vegetables.
  3. Add the noodles. Add some sweet chutney, schezwan sauce, salt, and lime juice, and toss well.
  4. Garnish with onions.
