Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – Pasta
• 3 – Garlic Clove
• 2 tbsp – Olive or sesame oil
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt as per taste
• Sauces- Chinese cooking wine, chilli sauce, tomato, peri peri, Garlic sauce
• 2 to 3 tbsp – sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tsp – light soya sauce
• Vegetables
• 1 – large Carrot
• 1/3 cup – spring onions, chopped
• Few tbsp – Green peas
• 1/4 cup – bell peppers
Method:
- Mix the sauces with 2 tbsp water and set aside.
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook till al dente.
- Drain and rinse in cold water and set aside to drain.
- Heat a pan with oil, add garlic and saute for a minute
- Add white part of the spring onions, fry for a while.
- Add all the vegetables except green parts of the spring onions. Sprinkle salt and fry on medium high heat till all the vegetables are cooked.
- Add green parts of the spring onion.
- Add pasta and pour sauces and fry till the pasta warms up.
- Sprinkle some grated cheese.
