Ingredients:

• 100 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 40 – biscuits
• For Coffee:
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – coffee powder
• For Chocolate Butter Paste:
• 100 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 50 g – Butter
• 1 tsp – coffee powder
• 1 tbsp – cocoa powder

Method:

  1. Boil water, add coffee powder and stir.
  2. Dip the biscuits in coffee one at a time and arrange at the bottom of a shallow glass serving dish or in individual glasses.
  3. Spread condensed milk over the biscuit layer and repeat covering the layer with more biscuits in a similar manner till all the biscuits are used up.
  4. Combine condensed milk, coffee powder, butter and cocoa powder together to make chocolate butter paste.
  5. Spread this paste over the top biscuit layer.
  6. Decorate with nuts and chill.
