Ingredients:
• 200 g – flour
• 200 g – Sugar (powdered)
• 200 g – Butter (thawed)
• 1.5 tsp – cocoa powder
• 3 – eggs
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 cup – Milk
Method:
- Beat the egg fluffy. Mix powdered sugar and butter to the beaten egg.
- Sieve flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder together 3-4 times.
- Mix slowly with the butter mixture and blend with a spatula.
- Add essence, mixed with milk and blend one more time.
- Pour the mixture to the butter greased microwave safe bowl.
- Cook on micro high for 5-8 mins. Standing time 5 mins.
- Cooking time varies according to the power of the microwave.
