Ingredients:
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 cup (75 gm) – oil
• 4 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 100 g (1 cup) – Maida
• 1/4 cup – cocoa powder
• 8-9 – Walnuts (crushed)
Method:
- Preheat an oven to 200 degrees C.
- Sift maida, cocoa powder, soda and baking powder. Keep aside.
- Beat the sugar and condensed milk until fluffy. Add oil and beat well.
- Add milk and vanilla essence. Add the maida mixture.
- Beat well for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth and light. Now add the crushed walnuts.
- Grease a 8-9 inch baking tin.
- Pour the batter into the preheated baking tin and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Let it cool. Transfer to a serving platter and relish with vanilla ice-cream.
