Ingredients:

• 300 ml – Cream
• 100 ml – Milk
• 100 g – dark chocolate, chopped
• 80 g – Sugar
• 2 tsp – gelatin
• 1/4 tsp – vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Take 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatine on it.
  2. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes for it to bloom.
  3. Put the cream, milk and sugar in a pot and cook it on a slow fire until the mixture boils.
  4. Remove from the fire and add the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract and stir well till the chocolate is melted completely.
  5. Melt the gelatine in a double boiler till the gelatine dissolves.
  6. Add the gelatine mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir till well blended.
  7. Strain into moulds and refrigerate for approximately 2-4 hours.
  8. Unmould and decorate to your taste.
