Ingredients:

• 75 g – plain chocolate
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 750 ml – Milk
• 1 tsp – peppermint essence
• 8 tbsp – ice-cream.

Method:

  1. Grate the chocolate into a pan.
  2. Add sugar and 150 ml of milk to it.
  3. Heat it gently, stirring all the time until the sugar and chocolate melts.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Then add the rest of the milk to it. Add the peppermint essence as well.
  6. Stir and pour it into a jug.
  7. Let it cool and then later while serving, add the ice-cream to it.
