Ingredients:

• 100g – plain Milk chocolate, chopped
• 120g – butter, soft
• 150g – flour, sieved
• 120g – castor Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 – eggs
• 40g – raisins, soaked in 2 tbsp rum

Method:

  1. With a wooden spoon, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix in the eggs one by one and continue beating.
  3. Add flour and essence and blend in the raisins with rum.
  4. Add chopped chocolate.
  5. Grease a plate with butter and dust it with flour, and then spoon walnut-sized balls onto the plate.
  6. Cook in a microwave on crisp mode for 4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
