Ingredients:
• 100g – plain Milk chocolate, chopped
• 120g – butter, soft
• 150g – flour, sieved
• 120g – castor Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 – eggs
• 40g – raisins, soaked in 2 tbsp rum
Method:
- With a wooden spoon, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs one by one and continue beating.
- Add flour and essence and blend in the raisins with rum.
- Add chopped chocolate.
- Grease a plate with butter and dust it with flour, and then spoon walnut-sized balls onto the plate.
- Cook in a microwave on crisp mode for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
