Ingredients:

• 1 cup – strong black coffee
• 100 g – castor Sugar
• 100 g – chopped Walnuts
• 15 g – gelatin
• 1/4 l – Milk
• 3 – eggs, separated

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Beat the egg yolks and mix in the coffee and sugar, beat till well-blended.
  2. Whisk over hot water until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  3. Cool lightly and mix till stiff and fold in.
  4. Put in the mixture in a shallow dish and chill.
  5. Decorate with remaining walnuts.
