• 2 cups – Bihari Poha
• 2 cups – curds
• Jaggery or Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Wash poha, drain lightly, keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Fluff up and loosen grains gently with hands or fork.
- Serve with curd and grated jaggery or sugar to top.
