
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – plain flour
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 2 – Egg whites
• 1/2 cup – chocolate syrup
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• Salt – to taste
• 1/4 cup – chopped nuts
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar till light.
- Add eggs and beat well in one direction till fluffy.
- Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence.
- Mix flour and salt and beat well.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
- Garnish it with nuts and bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
