Churma Laddoo is a very popular Rajasthani recipe
400 gm Wheat flour
100 gm sooji
200 gm Melted ghee
500 gm sugar (powdered)
½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
1 tablespoon almonds and pistachios (finelly chopped)
Water for make a dough
Ghee for frying
Mix ghee, sooji and wheat flour in a bowl.
Add little water and prepare a hard dough. Leave the dough aside for half an hour.
Now make palm-shaped balls of this dough.
Now heat ghee in a kadahi and fry thease balls on medium flame, until light brown .
Allow to cool and grind coarsely.
Now mix this churma with sugar .
Mix well, add cardamom powder and dryfruits.
Now make laddoos. (add some ghee if needed)
Serve with Dal Baati.
Cooking time: 40-45 minutes
