Ingredients:
• 1kg – cooking apples, peeled and cut into thick slices
• 225g – porridge Oats
• 100g – margarine
• 50g – caster Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
- Arrange apples in an ovenproof dish, and then sprinkle it with sugar.
- Warm the margarine in a saucepan.
- Stir in the cinnamon and porridge oats when margarine melts.
- Spread the mixture over the apples and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
