Ingredients:

• 100 gm – French beans (cut into cubes)
• 150 gm – Carrots (cut into cubes)
• 8 to 10 – leaves Spinach (chopped)
• 3 – big Tomatoes (chopped)
• 4 – big cups water
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the vegetables with water on a high flame till 5 to 6 whistles.
  2. Cool completely and open the cooker.
  3. Blend the vegetables with a hand blender.
  4. Strain the soup mashing the vegetables very well.
  5. Serve hot with salt and pepper.
