Ingredients:

• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Ground ginger, garlic, and chillies for taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Add enough water to make a batter that will coat the back of a spoon thinly when dipped.
  3. Dip chunks of cauliflower, baby corn, etc., but it should first be boiled to be tender, but not mushy.
  4. Chill the boiled veggies before frying.
  5. One may even fry thick rings of onion, capsicums, etc.
