Ingredients:
• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Ground ginger, garlic, and chillies for taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Add enough water to make a batter that will coat the back of a spoon thinly when dipped.
- Dip chunks of cauliflower, baby corn, etc., but it should first be boiled to be tender, but not mushy.
- Chill the boiled veggies before frying.
- One may even fry thick rings of onion, capsicums, etc.
