Ingredients:

• 1 – Papaya
• 1 – Mango
• 1 – Banana
• 1 – Pineapple
• 1- Pomegranate
• 1/2 cup – sprouted whole grams (green gram, channa)
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/2 cup – soya bean
• 1 – Cucumber
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup – Peanut
• 1/4 cup – Badam
• 1/2 cup – Corn off the cob
• 2 – Onions
• 2 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Wash all the fruits and peel the skin. Cut them into pieces.
  2. Soak all the grams for a day and let them sprout.
  3. Soak the badams overnight and peel the skin.
  4. Cut cucumber, onions, garlic and tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  6. Add lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and black pepper powder, and mix them well.
  7. Makes a wholesome breakfast.
