Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup and 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – fresh thick curds
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – cocoa

Method:

  1. In a deep casserole, mix all the ingredients, without lumps.
  2. Microwave high (700 W output) for 10 mins, stirring twice in between. Take a small quantity and drop it in cold water.
  3. If a soft but firm ball forms, remove the dish and stir the mix well.
  4. Pour on a greased tray and allow to cool.
  5. Cut into required shapes serve.
