Ingredients:

• 150 g – cottage cheese, mashed
• 50 g – khoya
• 100 g – Gur
• 1/2 cup – coconut, desiccated
• 1/4 cup – almonds, chopped
• For garnishing:
• Desiccated Coconut
• Almonds and Cherries – 10 each

Method:

  1. Melt gur ( jaggery) on a low flame and remove from fire.
  2. Add cottage cheese, khoya, desiccated coconut and chopped almonds.
  3. Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.
  4. Roll in desiccated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
