Ingredients:
• Rava – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Coconut Milk – 3 cups
• A few – Raisins
• Cashewnut – a few
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in ghee. Keep aside. Fry rava in a non- stick pan and add coconut milk and sugar
- Keep stirring till the mixture starts leaving the pan
- Spread it evenly in a well greased plate.
- Cut into desired shapes
- Instead of sugar use jaggery
