Ingredients:

• Plain flour – 500 g
• Instant Yeast – 6 g
• Water – 250 g
• Sugar – 100 g
• Butter – 50 g
• For Filling:
• Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Knead flour, fermented yeast, water, sugar and butter into a smooth dough
  2. Leave it to rise for half an hour
  3. Divide into two parts, roll it out with a rolling pin into rectangles
  4. Mix coconut and sugar and spread this on the rectangles. Now roll up the rectangles like swiss roll
  5. Steam this in high heat for 15 mins
  6. Serve by cutting into slices
