Ingredients:

• 2 – tender Coconuts
• 1 drop – kewra essence
• 1 tsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Scrape out the tender portion of coconut.
  2. Add sugar and essence.
  3. Chill the mixture well.
  4. Run the mixture in a mixie.
  5. Serve while frothy in glasses.
