Ingredients:

• Butter or Ghee – 2 ounces
• Egg – 1
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp.
• Coconut – 50 g
• Sugar – 2 ounces
• Bread slices – as needed

Method:

  1. Melt butter. Add coconut and sugar and cook a little.
  2. Add beaten egg with vanilla essence after removing from fire. Stir till thick.
  3. Spread the mixture on bread slices
  4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes in a greasy tray till brown.
