Ingredients:

• For ice cubes:
• 200 ml – water
• 1/4 cup – strong coffee liquor
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• For Milk shake:
• 3/4 cup – strong coffee decoction
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 litre – chilled whole Milk

Method:

  1. For ice cubes:
  2. Boil and cool water to room temperature
  3. Warm liqueur, add sugar and stir or toss till blended.
  4. Mix water and blend well.
  5. Pour into ice cube trays, to chill.
  6. Allow cubes to set.
  7. For milk shake:
  8. Blend warm decoction and sugar till fully dissolved.
  9. Add milk and blend till frothy.
  10. To serve:
  11. Place a few coffee cubes at bottom of tall glass.
  12. Pour frothing milk over it.
  13. Sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder over top, if desired.
  14. Serve chilled.
