Ingredients:

• Cabbage -100 g
• Carrot – 2
• Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
• Yoghurt – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the cabbage and carrot.
  2. Beat mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt and sugar till soft.
  3. To this mixture add the grated vegetables raw.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate it.
  5. Serve once chilled.
