Ingredients:
• Cabbage -100 g
• Carrot – 2
• Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
• Yoghurt – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the cabbage and carrot.
- Beat mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt and sugar till soft.
- To this mixture add the grated vegetables raw.
- Mix well and refrigerate it.
- Serve once chilled.
