Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 2 – white radish
• 1 – potato, chopped into small cubes
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tsp – salt to taste oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Some Urad Dal

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, add mustard seeds and urad dal.
  2. Add all the vegetables and some water. Cook covered for 20 mins on a low flame.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  4. Colourful curry is ready.
