Ingredients:

• 1 medium size – Carrot
• 1 – Onion (optional)
• A bunch – black seedless Grapes
• 2 – Tomatoes
• a pack – fresh Lettuce
• 1 – Apple
• few – Cherries
• 1 medium – radish
• for seasoning: 1 – Lemon
• salt
• Green chillies
• small bit (optional) – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Cilantro

Method:

  1. Grate carrot, radish and chop the other ingredients into small pieces and mix them together.
  2. Then add the juice of one lemon and grind the green chillies, ginger and the cilantro and add it to the mixture and your salad is ready to be served.
  3. This goes well with parathas and even as a main dish for lunch.
