Ingredients:

• 5 – hard-boiled eggs
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrots
• 3-4 – Lettuce leaves, broken into pieces well
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – dry mustard
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt – as per taste

Method:

  1. Peel and chop 3 eggs into pieces. Mix chopped eggs and carrots.
  2. Add salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and mustard.
  4. Shake well till creamy.
  5. Pour it over egg mixture, keeping little remaining (approx 1/4 part).
  6. Mix it well.
  7. In a salad dish, spread lettuce leaves.
  8. Spread the egg mixture over it.
  9. Slice the remaining 2 eggs, remove the yolk.
  10. Top it with sliced eggs and then sprinkle crumbled yolk.
  11. Again pour the mayonnaise dressing.
  12. Chill for 1/2 hour and then serve on bread toast.
