Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 10 – Almonds
• 8 – Green chillies
• Lemon juice – half Lemon
• Salt as required
• Water as required

Method:

  1. Clean coriander leaves and chop it.
  2. In a blender add the coriander leaves, almond, green chillies and salt, grind it to a smooth paste, finally add the lemon juice and mix it well.
  3. Tastes better if served chilled.
