Ingredients:

• One bunch – coriander
• 1.5 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – ginger- Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – crushed cumin, Coriander seed
• A little – Jaggery
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Cut coriander finely. Mix all the ingredients and make dough of it.
  2. Add little oil to this dough.
  3. Roll this dough in cylindrical shape.
  4. Steam this dough for 15 min. in pressure cooker.
  5. After cooling cut into thin pieces.
  6. Deep fry them till they are brown
  7. Serve with Tomato Sauce.
