Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 150 g – Peanuts
• 1 to 2 – Green chillies
• 3 to 4 – Garlic pods
• 1 piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Juice – one Lemon

Method:

  1. Chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Wash thoroughly.
  3. Chop green chillies, garlic and ginger finely.
  4. In a chutney grinder, crush the peanuts coarsely.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to the crushed peanuts.
  6. Add a little water and grind for a few mins
  7. Check the consistency.
  8. Serve with meals or snacks.
