• 1 Corn cob, boiled and mashed lightly
• 3-4 Potatoes
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• Lemon juice, as per taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 chopped, Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chopped, Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs
• Chaat masala
• Oil for frying


  1. Boil and mash potatoes
  2. Boil the corn and mash it lightly so as to retain its texture
  3. Mix both the corn and mashed potatoes to the above mixture
  4. Add red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, lemon juice, cumin and coriander powder along with salt
  5. Knead the mixture so that it can be shaped into a culet or patties.
  6. Once the patties are made, roll them into bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown
  7. Serve with either sweet tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup
