Ingredients:
• 6 tbsp – besan flour
• 1 cup – cooked Corn
• 3 tbsp – chopped Spinach
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Oil – for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together with sufficient water to a smooth, slightly thick, batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, scoop out a spoonful of the batter into it and fry till golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Repeat the process till all the batter is finished.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
