Corn and avocado salad is very fresh and light salad recipe. This recipe contains all fresh easily available seasonal Ingredients which is perfect for simmer and gives you lots of energy in these hot summery days to make you refresh. Try this delicious salad with some easy to follow recipe steps.

Ingredients

– 1 cup Corn, boil
– 1 Onion, diced
– 1/2 chopped Chilly
– 1/2 Red bell pepper, diced
– 1/2 Yellow bell pepper, diced
– 3-4 Cherry tomatoes
– 2 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 ripe Avocado, chopped
– 2 hearts of Palm (Fruits from palm tree)
– 1/2 tablespoon chopped Coriander
– 1 tablespoon Olive oil
– Salt andamp; pepper to taste

How To Make?

1. In a large bowl, add boiled corn, onion, red andamp; yellow bell pepper, palm fruit, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
2. Then add chopped chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Then add lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil to it.
4. Now, properly mix all the Ingredients and delicious Corn and avocado salad is ready to eat.
