Ingredients:
• 450 gms – Corn, chopped coarsely in a blender
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tbsp – Plain Flour
• 1.5 – large Onion, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies, chopped
• 3/4 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Maize flour
• Salt to taste
• 6-8 tbsp – Water
• Oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil for frying and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Drop the mixture in the form of dumplings of one tbsp each into the oil and fry on medium heat till light brown and crisp.
