Ingredients:

• 150 g – sweet Corn
• 100 g – fresh Green peas
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, pureed
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add the chopped onions and saute for a while.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, then the tomato puree. When the mixture starts forming bubbles, add red chilli powder and all the remaining spices and salt.
  3. Add the corn and peas and mix well.
  4. Add a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
