Ingredients:

• 1 cup – frozen Corn
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 1 to 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tsp – fresh pepper

Method:

  1. Cook frozen corn in microwave high for 2 min (or as per the instructions given in the packet).
  2. Add all other ingredients. Serve while it is hot.
