Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cottage cheese
• 1.5 cups – all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp – rice flour
• 1 – onion
• 4 – green chillies
• 1/2 bunch – cilantro
• salt to taste
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- Finely chop the onion, green chillies and cilantro.
- Mix with the cottage cheese and flours to make a thick, sticky paste.
- Deep-fry in oil like pakoras.
- Serve hot with cilantro chutney/tomato ketchup.
