Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Crab meat, cooked
• 30 to 35 – large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – minced Garlic
• 1 packet (4 oz) – Cream cheese
• 2 – green onions, finely chopped
• seasoning
Method:
- Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic.
- Briefly fry the mushroom caps until lightly browned.
- Remove from pan and allow to cool.
- Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, and green onion.
- Add seasoning. Mix well.
- Stuff mushroom caps with a spoonful of the crab mixture each.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
