Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 100 g – Ginger
• 100 g – Garlic
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 25 g – Black Peppercorns
• 25 g – black pepper powder
• 25 g – Jeera
• 2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 200 g – Cream
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the ginger, garlic and green chillies into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a frying pan. Add jeera and black peppercorns.
- Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Add the chicken and salt. Cover and cook.
- When the chicken is done, add black pepper powder, garam masala and cream. Serve hot.
