Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Pasta
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 2 cups – boiled Spinach
• 1/4 cup – boiled Corn
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – plain flour
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – salmon pieces
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
Method:
- Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot.
- Add the pasta and cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and keep aside.
- Drain the spinach and grind it (consistency should be like paste).
- Heat butter in a pan. Pour the flour and cook for a minute.
- Pour milk, stirring continuously. When it boils, add the remaining ingredients, except the pasta. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
- Mix well and serve hot.
