Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Pasta
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 2 cups – boiled Spinach
• 1/4 cup – boiled Corn
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – plain flour
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – salmon pieces
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese

Method:

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot.
  2. Add the pasta and cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and keep aside.
  3. Drain the spinach and grind it (consistency should be like paste).
  4. Heat butter in a pan. Pour the flour and cook for a minute.
  5. Pour milk, stirring continuously. When it boils, add the remaining ingredients, except the pasta. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
  7. Mix well and serve hot.
