Ingredients:

• 500 g – Chicken
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 3 – chillies
• Ginger/garlic – 1 tsp
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Capsicum
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• 1 – Egg plant
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 3 tbsp – Cream
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• salt to taste
• a few Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger/garlic and saute.
  3. Add the tomatoes, chillies and all the masalas and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and milk.
  5. When the chicken is done, add cream, pepper, coriander leaves and the cooked vegetables.
  6. Serve hot with chapathi.
