Ingredients:
• 350 g – Chicken strips
• 100 ml – thick Cream
• 1 – big Onion
• a few Mushrooms
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• grated mozzarella cheese as needed
Method:
- Dice the onion and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken strips and fry gently for a minute.
- Add the mushroom and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is hot.
- Take off the heat, add the cream and stir.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese liberally over the sauce and place under a grill for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
