Ingredients:

• 1/2 gallon – vanilla ice-cream
• fruits – bananas, seedless sweet Grapes
• 2 cans – mandarin Oranges
• 1 can – Chikoo
• 1 can – Alphonso Mango slices
• a pinch of Saffron
• chopped walnuts, Almonds and cashews for garnishing

Method:

  1. Leave the vanilla ice-cream out for a while. When it’s a little soft, beat the ice-cream with a spoon or a fork.
  2. Drain syrup from orange, chikoo and mango cans.
  3. Cut small pieces of chikoo and bananas.
  4. Cut the grapes and mango slices into halves.
  5. Add all the fruits to the ice-cream mixture along with a pinch of saffron.
  6. Put in a serving bowl and refrigerate.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts when serving.
