Ingredients:
• 1/2 gallon – vanilla ice-cream
• fruits – bananas, seedless sweet Grapes
• 2 cans – mandarin Oranges
• 1 can – Chikoo
• 1 can – Alphonso Mango slices
• a pinch of Saffron
• chopped walnuts, Almonds and cashews for garnishing
Method:
- Leave the vanilla ice-cream out for a while. When it’s a little soft, beat the ice-cream with a spoon or a fork.
- Drain syrup from orange, chikoo and mango cans.
- Cut small pieces of chikoo and bananas.
- Cut the grapes and mango slices into halves.
- Add all the fruits to the ice-cream mixture along with a pinch of saffron.
- Put in a serving bowl and refrigerate.
- Garnish with chopped nuts when serving.
