Ingredients:

• 2 cups – fresh litchis (after peeling and deseeding)
• 1/2 – small Papaya (cleaned and diced)
• 1 tbsp – vanilla ice-cream
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 to 3 pinches – salt
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 200 ml – chilled water
• 2 cups – crushed ice

Method:

  1. Put litchis, papaya in an electric blender. Run till ground to a smooth paste.
  2. Add all other ingredients, except ice.
  3. Run once again.
  4. Add ice, run till mixture is smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour into individual glasses.
