Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – full Cream
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Parsley
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of black pepper powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and break both eggs directly in it.
  2. Once they start bubbling, add full cream into it.
  3. Keep stirring it continuously to scramble.
  4. Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.
  5. Cook it for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
