• 2 – eggs
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – full Cream
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Parsley
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of black pepper powder
- Heat oil in a pan and break both eggs directly in it.
- Once they start bubbling, add full cream into it.
- Keep stirring it continuously to scramble.
- Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.
- Cook it for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
